XY-PCL-C

The XY-PCL-C is an advanced mobile passive radar system designed for persistent, wide-area airspace surveillance. Unlike conventional active radars that disclose their location through electromagnetic emissions, the XY-PCL-C operates in total radio silence. This eliminates a fundamental vulnerability in modern electronic warfare—the system remains undetectable to anti-radiation missiles (ARMs) and adversary electronic intelligence (ELINT), tracking targets by exploiting third-party broadcast transmitters as signal sources.

Representing a significant advancement in situational awareness, the system provides 360-degree coverage for the high-precision detection and tracking of fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, and unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Designed for armed forces, border security agencies, and critical infrastructure operators requiring a rugged, mobile solution for covert monitoring without alerting adversary forces, the XY-PCL-C exploits commercial DVB-T and FM signals to deliver a cost-effective, robust defense layer in all operating environments.

Key Features

  • Passive Detection – Maximum Operational Stealth: The system emits no RF signals, remaining undetectable to adversary electronic surveillance systems and ensuring the highest level of operational discretion.
  • 360-Degree Surveillance: Enables airspace monitoring in all directions, delivering comprehensive target detection across the system's operational coverage area.
  • Multi-Target Tracking: The system can simultaneously process up to 10,000 detected objects and maintain tracks on up to 1,000 targets.
  • Mobile Architecture: Optimized for rapid deployment and transport to any operational theater.
  • Wideband Signal Spectrum: Exploits DVB-T (470–862 MHz) and FM (88–108 MHz) broadcast transmitters for reliable detection.
  • Passive Detection Technology: Operates with zero RF emissions, preventing localization by adversary electronic surveillance assets.
  • 360-Degree Coverage: Continuous, full-azimuth monitoring across the entire horizon.
  • High-Density Multi-Target Tracking: Real-time processing capability supporting up to 10,000 bistatic plots and maintaining 1,000 active tracks simultaneously.
  • Mobile Architecture: Engineered for rapid tactical deployment and transport across operational theaters.
  • Multi-Band Signal Exploitation: Leverages both DVB-T (470–862 MHz) and FM (88–108 MHz) broadcast transmitters for reliable target acquisition.
